When I want to avoid the traffic on 211 I use this road to get around it. It also came in handy when they were doing all the construction. I don't know when they built this road but I am pretty sure it's newer then most of the streets around here.
This is a NANO!!! and you need to be VERY STEALTHY especially around the time that school starts or ends as there are a lot of kids walking around here. There is also a lot of houses and/or apartments!
