Geocache Description:

Portales Multi #1

This is the first multi cache placed in Portales, NM. To be more specific located on the campus of Eastern New Mexico University. This multi is 4 caches with the final one being an ammo box with a camera; log book, and some of the usual goodies. If you want the exercise you could walk the entire length about 1 and half miles, or you could drive. The first and second and third caches are engraved plates (see picture) with the lat and lon for the next cache. Also instructions (you will need to write this down on the paper and pen you bring with you), be sure to keep the instructions in order. You will need this to get into the ammo box. When you are at the last cache you will be close to KENW-TV/FM. Be sure to take a picture and log the number. And take some time to look around ENMU. Have fun.
