To solve this field puzzle, take a walk in Warrenton's beautiful Ocean View Cemetery. Although I don't recall an ocean view from anywhere on the grounds, it is nonetheless a fantastic setting, between lake and forest.
Concordia, Roman goddess of harmony and peace, provides the namesake for this cache.
Dogs are allowed on the grounds, but please keep them leashed and cleaned up after. The grounds close at dusk.
Park at the posted coordinates in the northwest corner, and begin walking. The puzzle more or less follows the perimeter roads of the cemetery. I suggest walking clockwise by heading east on Dolphin Way.
You will probably want to take a printout of this listing with you. Note that there are two sections of photos: "Intersections" and "Clues".
As you walk, watch for the nine street intersection locations shown in the "Intersection" photos below. You will encounter the first immediately. The intersection photos are in order as you walk clockwise.
At each intersection, search the nearby area and try to match one of the photos in the "Clue" list with what you see. In most cases, the match will be quite close, but a few (including the first one) are up to 100 feet away. You may need to cross the street from the intersection sign to find some of the clues. When you find a match, write the number next to the "Clue" in the blank following the intersection you matched it to.
Continue your walk around the perimeter, visiting each intersection and identifying the clue at each location.
Update 7-26-17: Some of the intersection signs seem to be missing. Here is a map that shows the approximate locations of the intersections. The letters A through I correspond to the intersection photos below.
