Geocache Description:

A quick park and grab for GCers on the go. For visitors and locals alike, nearby this cache highlights information about the old courthouse, a town map, and a view of the in-use Church of Ireland.

Built from 1830 and closed to the public and workers in 2009 due to health and safety reasons, the courthouse is still admirable in it's architecture and stands as a piece of local history. Also nearby is Cootehill's Church of Ireland, old AIB bank, and the upcoming refurbished White Horse Hotel.
