The geocache has been placed to highlight and promote this small 'award winning' Woodland Walk, which was initially developed by Holywell In Bloom volunteers during 2016 as part of their ongoing Community Project: Working through the Village to help make Holywell an attractive place to live and visit.
You will need to step off the main walkway within the woodland in order to grab the cache, so please be careful NOT to tread on any of the flowers which have been planted. Cache container is large enough to hold small swops, TBs or Geocoins. A geocaching Pin Badge has been included as a 'Prize' for the First to Find. Please replace as found.

Please refrain from parking on the Main road directly adjacent to GZ as this does provide the main Public Transport access route through the village, and it can get rather busy during peak times. Street Parking is available on the opposite side of the main road near Whitley Place lease ensure that geokids and geodogs are kept safe and sound at ALL times..
Local Bus services: Closest Stop: Wylam Ave using 19 - North Shields - Northumberland Pk (Nth Tyneside) / 57 - Ashington - Whitley Bay / 57A - Cramlington - North Shields (centre).
Many thanks to Lorraine Fox ( Service Officer, Seaton Valley Council) for giving permission for the cache to be placed here.
Congratulations to Milt Spilk on being FIRST TO FIND @ 18:35 - "Sometimes you have to be cold-blooded to be the first to find it"!! - Nice One!
