Geocache Description:

Do LPCs Bug You?

Ever notice that LPCs (Light Post Caches for the newbies) with skirts are a paradox? Lightposts are almost always in parking lots…. and parking lots mean businesses, businesses mean people, and people mean muggles. So, we put our caches under the lightpost skirts, tell each other to come get them, and then tell each other to use stealth when getting the cache. Have you ever tried lifting a lightpost skirt in a stealthy manner? If the people/muggles didn’t see you lifting it, they sure as heck HEAR you lifting it! Kinda hard to miss that screech of metal on metal (or loud scraping of plastic on metal). As an added bonus, oftentimes when we lift these lightpost skirts, any number, type, or size of insect or arachnid may be present under that skirt. They may even be guarding (or feasting on) the cache itself.

So, I have put together a small series of four LPCs in tribute to the paradox that LPCs are. And I can guarantee you that there will be bugs under each one, because each container is a plastic bug of a different type. Each of the four caches will have a letter and number on/in it. Keep track of these letters/numbers, because they will provide the numbers you need to the bonus cache (GC737B0). You will need tweezers to extract the logs.

Whether LPCs bug you or not, I hope you have fun finding this little series.
