Rules series: Proximities (closest physical cache) Traditional Cache

So many moans and groans about the rules and changes! This series is dedicated to an oraginsed enjoyable game, and highlights some of those rules. For more details, see this link.

Each cache in this series appears to contravene some rule or another, but they do not!

One of the most important rules is proximity. No 2 physical stages of two caches should be closer than 0.1 miles or 161 meters apart. A physical stage is any place where a cacher has placed something even if it is not the final cache, such as a field puzzle in a multi-cache.

Here is a theory that needs proving though:

Should there be a tower which is 322 metres high and there is public access/permission, one could hide 3 caches on exactly the same coordinates? I suppose this will be up to interpretation by your reviewer...

This is a night cache, and please be very aware of your surroundings at all times.  It can however be done during the day too.
