Multifunction Polis.
This area was once planned to be called the Multifunction Polis (MFP), which was a planned development formulated by the government of South Australia, to be a modern high-tech community of the future. Earlier plans for the MFP to be built at Gillman changed to the Levels but the MFP fell out of favour and eventually Mawson Lakes became the new suburb to complement the University of South Australia (Levels) and Technology Park Adelaide. This spot is a problem for parking so the nearest safe place to park is at the Mawson Lakes Football Club which is a mere 300m away. See waypoints for parking location.
