There is an official parking place right opposite the Fleming Hospital you are welcome to use to grab this cache.
Try to ignore the dirt and trash in the bushes and trees - look for a green door, follow that path and you will see two green huts.
The cache is a small white container stuck in a part of a broken black pipe, hidden under the back side corner of the building.
