This is a small park that is used by some local dog walkers and as a cut through for a bit of peace from the traffic. There is parking on the local roads, please park considerately. You are looking for a tiny bison tube dangling in plain site but retrieving it may be tricky. My 6'3 brother helped place this, if you have a spare 6'3 person to be your specialist piece of equipment then you will have no trouble. If not, you will need some kind of poking device for retrieving and replacing.
