A location I stumbled on by accident while trying to get to another cache. It is quite photogenic in a very Hong Kong style, but I just enjoyed watching all the locals who flock there with their cameras. It also featured in the Transformers Movie apparently
Typical urban cache. Lots of muggles around, but they are mostly pre-occupied with the view so you should have no problems retreiving the cache unobserved. GPS is jumpy so I will be generous with the hint.
