Geocache Description:

Summer Nights....The crack of the bat, crowd cheering. Kids playing on the swings, peanuts and popcorn at the concession stand. Oh those warm summer nights.

This location known as lions field is the hub of little league baseball in Greenwood Lake. Games are played all summer under the lights. This park also is host to a beautiful playground and children's area. Now, about this cache. One of the hidden treasures of this park is the natural wetlands and nature preserve most don't know about. Follow the fence to this cache. Catch some shade under the cluster of birch trees. But the best view of the wetlands can be seen leaning on the post. This is a micro cache with log book and pencils. Small trinket for FTF. Parking 25ft from cache. Careful, muggle traffic can be considerably high depending on time of day. Good luck. Enjoy
