The co-ordinates given are the suggested parking spot. It is a pay and display car park. The cache involves a pleasant stroll of about an hour and a half to two hours. It is on the flat and if you like bird watching there are plenty of good spots so bring your binoculars.
Each stage will give you part of the final set of co-ordinates, no involved mathematics are needed! The actual cache is the usual white tupperware box. A full description of the site can be found at The Devon Wildlife Trust website.
The actual starting point for the walk is shown in the first picture. You will be following the Red (shorter) route.

Now for the maths bit of the cache, if you wish to sit down and do this, just the other side of the road is a carpark with a few benches you can use. Once you've found the cache, just follow the path back to the car park.
