Looking for caches placed in the beginning years of Geocaching can be very rewarding.....and quite addicting. Many of the caches still have the original containers and logs. Many of these older caches will take you to interesting areas of Minnesota to explore and experience.

This is a challenge cache, so you must complete the challenge in order to log a "Found it" for the cache. Feel free to visit the cache and sign the physical log anytime you wish, but you cannot log it online until you qualify.
In addition to finding the cache and signing the physical log, to qualify for a "Found It" online, you must:

Find 100 (or more) of the oldest 200 caches placed in Minnesota. Note: archived caches do count for your total if you found them before they were archived.

There is a slight glitch with the checker. GC8809 is labeled in "South Dakota" but checker has it in Minnesota. Feel free to add one to your total, if needed
