Monkey Bridge Traditional Cache

Monkey Bridge (Norðurá)

There are no monkeys living in Nordura river. Just salmons, troust and arctic chars (btw. You should definitly try arctic char „bleikja“, it’s delicious). This cache is called „monkey“ because you will have to become one to find it.
There is nothing special about this river (just the bringe is just georgeous), it follows road one and runs into Hvíta river and then Pacific ocean. You can find two waterfalls on this river, Laxfoss and Glanni.
