T&A are new to town and live in the area that this cache starts at. It will require a bit of outside the box thinking to access the coordinates for the final. Once you arrive at stage one, use one of the aforementioned electronic devices and search for the right signal. You will defintely know it when you see it! There is no need to leave your car, and in fact you can probably just drive through the area at stage one and get the info you need.
