Geocache Description:


8am until the park closes at dusk.

This is a solumn ceremony to the first cacher in Dallas-proper. He was a long time cache reviewer for the State of Texas.

The posted coordinates are for the first stage of the very first cache placed in Dallas.

Come and go as you please. This is not a party. There will be a notebook at the final. Please leave your remembrances in the notebook. I will pass the scans of your logs to his family.

I have been unable to find the charity that Matt preferred but at the very least post a nice thoughtful log even if you have previously found this cache.
