All cities have utility junction boxes. These provide access to utility workers for maintenance and repairs. They also provide great hiding spots for geocaches. Also, many times, there are additional hiding spots located near these PUBs or Public Utility Boxes. This is a fun spot to stop and grab a smilie!!
I have been caching in this area, mostly because my cousin owns a nearby business that I frequent from time to time. There is nothing uncommon about this hide, it is a typical container in a typical spot. New cachers may have to hunt for a bit but the experienced cacher will find it rather quickly. I did include a small FTF gift inside!
PS: remember, I made it a a difficulty TWO for a reason. This hide is NOT a standard PUB hide. I said the PUB is on the island, I never said the cache was on the PUB!
