L'accès à la cache semble partiellement bloqué par le déneigement des escaliers. Elle pourrait être difficile à atteindre durant l'hiver. Je change donc l'attribut pour non-hivernal.
Access to the cache seems partially blocked by the shoveling of the stairs. It could be difficult to reach during winter. I change the attribute for non-winter.

Cette troisième visite vous transporte sur la rue De Lagauchetière et nous sommes en 1929. Juste en face, au coin de la Côte du Beaver Hall, le siège social de la compagnie Bell Canada trône majestueusement entouré de commerces, petits édifices à bureaux et résidences. Con-
çu par la firme d'architecte Barott and Blackader, il fut construit de 1927 à 1929. Le bâtiment compte 22 étages et mesure 96m de haut. Ce gratte-ciel construit en terrasses comme le voulait un règlement municipal de l'époque, a été érigé sur le site de l'ancienne église St. Andrews Church of Scotland.
This third visit brings you to the De Lagauchetière street and we are in 1929. Just across the street, from the corner of Beaver Hall Hill, the Bell Canada company headquarters sits majestically surrounded by shops, small buildings offices and residences. Designed by the firm of architects Barott and Blackader, it was built from 1927 to 1929. The building has 22 floors and measures 96m high. This skyscraper, built in terraces as was intended by a municipal bylaw at the time, was erected on the site of the former St. Andrews Church of Scotland. |

À partir du trottoir, la cache se trouve en bas de la première série de marches, près de la rampe de gauche, juste avant la deuxième série de marches. Soyez extrêmement discrets les jours de semaine car il y a beaucoup d'employés de bureau dans les alentours.
From the sidewalk, the cache is located at the bottom of the first series of steps, near the left hand ramp, just before the second series of steps. Be extremely discreet on weekdays because there are many office workers in the surrounding area.
