Color blindness, also known as color vision deficiency is the decreased ability to see color, or the differences in color. The most common type of color blindness is red-green. A person with red-green color blindness will have a reduced ability, or complete lack of ability to differentiate between a red object and a green object. To them the two objects will appear shades of grey. There is no known cure for color blindness, and most people learn to adapt and overcome.
There are many tests for color blindness, the most common of which is the Ishihara Color Test Plate. The test consists of a number of colored plates, each of which contains a circle of dots appearing randomized in color and size. Within the pattern are dots which form a number or shape clearly visible to those with normal color vision, and invisible, or difficult to see to those with color deficient vision.
Don't worry, I would not publish a puzzle cache that discriminated against anyone, so I will not make you solve an Ishihara Color Test Plate in order to find the final coordinates. However, armed with the information contained here, you should have everything that you will need to solve for the final coordinates. Good luck!
