New York Admin: Turns out this cache is located over 400 feet from the coordinates where it was reviewed. The actual location of the cache is inside Dutch Meadows County Park where a permit is required.
I am archiving this cache until a permit may be obtained from the park manager. Should you obtain a permit within the next month I will need a copy of it before this cache may be reviewed again for for unarchival.
