HELP ME OUT Traditional Cache

Havn't seen many new caches around Springy MO recently so I thought maybe if I place a few someone else will as well.

Okay so on the way to a PNG down the road I passed this property on the northside of the road. Clearly marked no tresspassing so I had to view from the fence. What was this place. At first I thought it may have been a farm but theres an old ticket booth at the west entrance. Only one building in part remains but I counted 5 foundations and all kinds of other cool stuff. I checked out the map and it's not part of the battlefield. There is also a cemetary(Hale Cem.) that doesn't look like it has a public access. Anyone know what this once was? Is there a public way to view the resting place?
