This is family friendly, so bring the kids, they will enjoy it and there is plenty of swag for them to browse through while you find and sign the log.
Don't be intimidated by the location, it is on private property with permission - 10943. Feel free to park in the driveway. The cache is in the front yard, no need to go beyond the fences even if your GPSr insists!
YOU MUST SIGN THE LOG TO CLAIM A FIND. If there is no physical signature on the log book that is in the cache, your log will be deleted. Photographs or other evidence of you being here, signing the cache container itself or providing the container with a new log book will not be enough to get you a smiley. As the container is in our yard it will be maintained well and there will always be a log book in it with room for signatures, along with an ample supply of pencils and swag.
It would be greatly appreciated if you would do your hunting during daylight hours as the family pets are sure to let us know when someone has found the cache, and besides, the difficulty level of this cache will increase significantly in the dark. PLEASE, NO NIGHT CACHING!
If the weather is bad, feel free to relocate yourself and the cache to our front porch while you sign the log, just put it back in place before leaving.
Don't feel slighted if we appear to be home but don't come out to say hi; JeePSer works from home and may be in a meeting or otherwise occupied and unavailable to chat.
Although this is not listed as a bug hotel, the container is big enough for many of those larger TBs that are out there. Also remember that when trading swag (toys, pathtags, lanyards, dice etc) the rule is to trade even or trade up. No need for trades for toys at this one, but trades on Pathtags would be nice and appreciated. TBs and Geocoins are not swag so no trading is required, if you can help a TB/Geocoin to move, please take it.

We hid this exact cache in 2010 at our home in Iowa. It had a good run there with over 20 favorite points but we needed to archive it when we moved us, and it, to Michigan. We hope it has a good run here too.
