This should be a quick find in Sooke's Millenium Memorial Park.

When I was placing this cache, it took a while because of the muggles. Lots of people come here to walk there dogs. The coords were quite jumpy while I was here so the hint should help if you have problems. You'll find it at the base of triplets covered in rocks
