Daylight savings (summer): 6:00am - 9:00pm

Non daylight savings (winter): 6:00am - 7:00pm

There is 24hr pedestrian access.

The Kauri Point Track is a loop track 3.7 km and fitted with mountain bike/buggy ramps. This will take you about 1 – 1.5 hours to complete. I have placed 6 caches on this loop and are totally separate from the “A Byte and a Half at Atiu” series of caches.

Just before you go down the hill to the cache there is a good view up the Oruawharo River.

The cache is a 400ml Sistema container.
