Walker's Pond is the newest park area in Warner Robins, although the 26-acre pond has been here for years. The park and pond had been long neglected, and the area was very overgrown. Thanks to recent attention from the city, the pond is now visible again. It has a wonderful paved walking trail all the way around.
We will be doing a trash pick-up around the pond, so bring your work gloves and grabbers. Trash bags will be provided. We will meet in the parking lot and then make our way along the trail. Let's work to help keep this area clean and neat for cachers and citizens in Warner Robins!
