Geocache Description:

This is at the end of the street I grew up on. We lived way up at the top of the hill well back then it seemed a long way up. This location brings memories of the house that stood here and a man named Tom Johnson who took in cats. Lots of cats! I believe my Tommy came to live here. It is also the place that we raced trains and waved at the Engineers.

I used to run like the wind and over yonder in the school yard I won my grade eight 400 meter race and had my best year in school with Mr. Redekop. I also stole my first kiss in the carriganas watching boys hurdle. I walked alot as a kid and found lots of birds nests in this part of town. Oh the memories...I must be getting old. Thanks for visiting my town with me!
