Used or Pre-owned Traditional Cache

Years ago if you bought a car that had been owned by someone before you it was considered used, now it is called pre-owned.  To me they will always be used cars.  Across the street from this cache is one of the largest auto auctions in the state.  Where do they all come from? 

There is an area where you can park on the shoulder of the road just around the corner to the south.
