This Geocache is being hid to honor all the geokids, it is off what shows as the 8 trail and for the 10th Anniversary of NEPAG celebration. For no bushwacking - we found one can take SR2 to TTS (then turn left at N 41 15.626 W 076 02.664). The very first NEPAG event was held at Moon Lake Park. This is an amazing place to hike, mountain bike, fish, walk dogs and just have fun!
Moon Lake Park and Luzerne County are great supporters of Geocaching and NEPAG. Their wishes are to see many Quality Geocaches throughout Moon Lake for the enjoyment of all.

Long ago this area was used more often, especially by mountain bikers, however, nowadays this portion of the Park that is not often traversed.
By placing several geocaches in this area we hope the backside trails become used more often.
