At the beginning coordinates you are standing in Hazel's Creek, a stormwater treatment facility. The treatment of stormwater is vital, as it removes pollutants gathered as water washes across developed areas, including roads, sidewalks, fertilized fields, etc. This pollution is cited as one of the leading causes of water quality impairment we are facing today. Stormwater can also cause soil erosion and flooding. By capturing and treating stormwater, the City of Spokane is attempting to reduce pollution, flooding, and erosion, to keep our city safe and our water sources clean.

Hazel's Creek is an effective stormwater treatment facility, and in early 2016 Spokane City Officials began seeking ways to expand how much water it captured. A new storage tank was sought, to expand how much Hazel's Creek could manage. Across Spokane several major construction projects have arisen in an effort to add more storage tanks.

This Wherigo will take you to one of these new storage tanks in Spokane. This is a Reverse Wherigo, and can be activated from anywhere, however it will help your search if you start near the false coords. It is not in the same park as the false cords. The cartridge plays like a game of hot and cold - and you will be driving to the final. When you get within 25 yards of the final, the coordinates will be revealed.
