This is the fourth of five caches placed on the slopes of Kindrogan Hill. The walk is along forest roads and footpaths (and within 10 to 15 metres of the track or path) but the footpaths are narrow and muddy in places so not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies. The caches all have quite specific hints so should be easy to find but the terrain underfoot can be quite tricky in places and boots are recommended. The caches are all placed on Forestry Commission ground and you should follow any signs and instructions they display.
As you walk you are likely to see different types of wildlife. When I placed these caches I heard the sound of woodpeckers tapping away echoing round here. There was also significant mole activity along the path near here with lots of evidence of their digging.
