This is a fairly easy, flattish walk of about 2.5 miles along country paths, fields and woodland, for the main part. There is a short section, towards the end, on footpaths beside not-too-busy roadways. In winter, or after rains, it can get VERY muddy, so appropriate footwear is needed.
Laika's Loop is a circular walk, but the 'loop' is closed by 2 existing caches, GC2YGYD, located between the recommended parking waypoint and #1 Laika's Loop, and GC34T87 which is located between #8 Laika's Loop and the car park. The caches are all different, but there are no tupperwares and none is big enough to hold a pen, so please remember to bring one.
