This cache was placed to celebrate Northeast Pennsylvania Geocacher's (NEPAG) 10th Anniversary. It was inspired by caches made by fellow geocacher, JakeAsh, who likes to make simple gadget caches with a twist. No additional tools are necessary and please replace everything as you found it.
Placed with permission from the US ARMY Corps of Engineers. Park in their parking lot on the other side of the dam. There is an entrance to the top of the dam from the lot. Once you walk across, take a sharp turn.
