The cache is a camo taped key ring container.
This cache was supposed to be a rehide of Runway 4 km from March 27, 2012 but it fell inside the cement hydro pole on Upper Wellington, I didn't know they're hollow. I finally managed to fish it out on September 30, 2017. I didn't want to open it so FTF beware, it hasn't been opened for 5½ years!
