The cache IS located at the posted coordinates. However, in order to log this cache as a find, you or your registered team name must have found at least 10 caches with the medium hike (1 km - 10 km) attribute. Previous finds count. Any "Found" logs that DO NOT qualify will be deleted. Here is a link to the challenge checker:
Geocaching.com requires owners of challenge caches to prove that they would qualify for their own challenge, so please see the note I posted on 4/`28/17 for proof that I meet this requirement.
The St. Paul Challenge Series is intended to be a series of challenge caches that is accessible even to casual cachers. You could drive from cache to cache, but most caches are located 0.13 miles apart, so I recommend walking. I have attempted to place the caches in a logical order so that you can get them in numerical order with minimal street crossings. In a few instances, because of unsuitable geo-beacons, I had to put the cache on the opposite side of the street. I hope that you will forgive me.
