Located along a public road.
However.... the road is a dead-end and has no real turn around. It is suggested you park in the lot at the end of the road (permission has been given) and walk back to the cache.
There is no access from RT 1. Do not attempt to get to the cache from the highway. Very unsafe. Bring a pen :)
At the southern end of Upper Oxford Township is Forestville, where Old Route One(Baltimore Pike) and New London Road (route 896) intersect. Few of the trees of the forest which gave its name to this community remain. At one time Forestville had a blacksmith shop, a store and a post office.
