Muchelney River walk #4 Traditional Cache

One of a series of new caches along the River Parret at Muchelney. This is a nice walk and very flat. Plenty of parking at the northern end by number 1. This walk is along a river so beware of the water. The caches are all very similar due to the topography and flood risk along this river.

This is the last cache and is located close to a pumping station which drains the levels towards Kingsbury. There is also the remain of an old lock and wier from the Westport Canal.
