Geocache Description:

Braemar Hill has its Rocks (GC4Q7KT), and its Shelters (GC1EM23), it also has a tunnel.

Hong Kong and China Gas Company constructed this 2.5km long tunnel in 1995 to allow a gas pipeline to be constructed between Tai Hang Road and Braemar Hill. It was necessary to cater for increasing demand for gas in the Western and Southern parts of Hong Kong Island.

Tunnels can be dangerous places – safety first at all times! Not recommended when raining.
