Also, do not attempt to 'adopt' any of Lundy's Letterboxes (non-cache Letterboxes) as a geocache as this will be rejected too. The No Physical Elements policy does allow for Multi (and Letterbox Hybrids like this one) caches, plus EarthCaches. So if you'd like to set one of those with the LT's permission, that should be possible. Good luck with this cache and remember, cache with care! This is Lundy: ULTIMATE!, a much, much longer Multi-style Letterbox/Hybrid cache which takes you from the quay at the island's south end to the main Village and then on a tour to the far end of the island and back, via some nice places to rest and relax on the way as it's a climb of approx 105m/350ft - which you'll be doing several times - and over 3 miles/5km end to end... You'll also get close to an Earth Cache and two Virtual caches, at the time of setting. There are also Lundy for Beginners and Lundy: Intermediate Multi caches, and Lundy: Extreme Letterbox/Hybrid geocache which are part of this mini series - Info gathered for this cache will help with them too. It won't be possible to find this one as a Day Visitor to Lundy; it'll take a couple of days. I also recommend caching with company as some locations are physically difficult to reach. Please note, you accept all risks in finding this cache! If you doubt your abilities, please do not attempt it; there are others on Lundy to look for. At the back is a roughly triangular chamber with a small, artificial-looking exit on one wall. From the natural entry into this chamber, is the small doorway on the left end of the left wall (1), centre of the left wall (2), right end of the left wall (3), left end of the back wall (4), centre of the back wall (5), right end of the back wall (6), left end of the right wall (7), centre of the right wall (8), right end of the right wall (9) or fictitious and missing? (0) This figure is 'CAVE' (one digit).
N51° 12.090 W004° 40.510 - It's a long walk down from a path which splits from the old railway line down to a landing, but you'll be rewarded with lots of seals coming to admire you. I certain was! Only climb down when it's safe to do so. Access is via over a hundred steps. You count them at your own risk. Please approach this stage with caution! From the track down to the final, bent railing support above the landing, there are 1'LANDING'0 steps, including the silly little one (one digit).

N51° 09.762 W004° 39.504 - Benson's Cave behind the castle is a small cave once used to hide contraband from the Duty Men. About a third of the way in, on the left hand wall, is some old graffiti. You'll see I-reverse N, IR and a date 1'GRAFFITI'51 (one digit.)
