At the posted coordinates is an ammo-can. Inside it is a cryptex. To claim a find on this cache you must sign the logbook which is inside the cryptex - so you will need the 5-digit combination code to open it.
Where do you get this combination code??
On the east side of the campground is a brass survey marker. It's right next to a 'kissing gate" at coordinates N50 29.222 W120 28.586
You can also find it by continuing past the campground and walking down Costly Road to where the gate to the campground is.
The code: the first digit needed is the number of years the penalty is for removal. The numbers under the crown are the remaining 4 digits.
Update Sept 2022 - the gate had been rebuilt and the marker is still there. However the numbers under the crown are a little hard to read. If you are having trouble with the second digit under the crown, se the hint below
The cryptex itself was printed on a 3D printer. It took around 17 hours to print all the pieces (13 in total) and around an hour to test fit and glue them together.
