There is NO ACCESSING THIS CACHE FROM EITHER I-95 OR THE SPAULDING TURNPIKE. Instead, it's a short hike or very short bike ride from the provided parking coordinates. You SHOULD also be able to park at the trailhead coordinates off Rockingham Avenue. There is room to pull off and I did not see any No Parking signs. Terrain rating is based on walking distance from the posted parking coords.
There's so many beautiful, natural places to find caches in the area and that's what makes the Seacoast such a wonderful place to live. This, however, is anything but natural. And that's why I found the location kind of neat. Despite its apparent location on the map, this is a family-friendly location with an interesting view. However, the cache itself may be easier for smaller children to find. Enjoy!
