Geocache Description:

Our grandkids love to geocache but miss the larger caches with lots of swag.  This one is for them and all the younger generation of cachers.  A large ammo box with lots of goodies.  Please remember that if you take something to replace it with something of equal value.  HAVE FUN!

Imagine this corner as it was in the 1950's.  There was a gas station, Shocky's, at this location.  Emil Scharffenberg, Shocky, ran the thriving business until Interstate 90 was built and "Old Highway 16" was no longer used.  Kitty-corner from the gas station was the Stanley Corner Cafe built out of an old Army barrack that was moved in from Sioux Falls.  The cafe was in business until the late 1970"s
