Located in or around the picnic area. A good place to have lunch, a snack or just relax. Plenty of facilities are available and the opportunity to take a guided or unguided tour of the Memorial. You may walk down into the Valley and see the two historical foundations hike the trail to Patriarch Hill. A couple of cards and tokens are available for the taking. They will be replenished during inspections.
This geocache is located on property known as "The Joseph Smith Birthplace Memorial". This site is owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints and is open to the public 365 days of the year from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Parking is immediately available at the Visitor's Center parking lot. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy peaceful reflection and spiritual music.
