From Fort Stevens Historical Site & Military Museum parking lot ($5 day use fee), hike or bike the paved trail going south. At about a mile or so, and assuming you’re still going in a southern direction (actually eastern now), your tool of coordination will point off to your left (north). It’s not far from the trail.

It’s a nano, but it may not appear to be.
