There is parking available under the Fujimaru department store nearby. Find the deer outside the department store, in the plaza southeast of the store. From there, look around. The cache is hidden in plain sight. There is a high risk of being seen by Muggles, so be very careful not to be observed. The plaza is usually deserted on late evenings from Sunday to Thursday. You will need to bring your own pen.
