Victoria Park, also called Castle Kingdom and Castle Park was originally built in the sixties. It was the "vastest playground in Irving" but it was also one of the most dangerous! Once a national craze, wooden playgrounds fell from favor with safety-minded cities and as time took it's toll the structure became hazardous so in 1989 it was demolished and rebuilt. Lady AD's parents (my In-Laws) and countless other volunteers came together to help with the project. It was given another face lift in 2013 and is one of the biggest parks in Irving!! The kids will love the playground and bring bread for the ducks!
This one may be a bit tricky but if you look hard enough you will uncover it! Use stealth here as it is right by the road. PLEASE REPLACE IT EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT! Have fun!
