Added another new cache to this park area. Cache is small, but I left a $2 bill for the first to find.
You can park at the park and walk to this one. A large path leads into the woods and it is hidden near a fence. The fence is by private property, and there is a sign behind the fence near the pond that says private property, but the cache is not on private property, so no need to worry.
