This cache is hidden somewhere on the southbound side of the East Norwalk Train Station (not to be confused with the bustling South Norwalk Station...).

You're looking for a container only big enough to hold the log and maybe some very small swag items.

There's no need to go anywhere near the tracks or platform to make the grab!
