One of a series of caches placed for the Penicuik Spring Fling event on Sunday 7th May.

Please be aware that the A766 (Carlops Road) is a fast road and great care must be taken when crossing it.
The cache is placed beside the path leading to the stile which gives access to the path going round the field and thence to Silverburn. There are sometimes sheep or cattle in the field and dogs should be kept on the lead. There is a network of paths some of which can be quite muddy after heavy rain.
