Where: The big marquee at the centre of the Mega campsite
When: From 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday 2nd August
Why: After a days caching around Devon, why not relax and interact with fellow cachers,
indulge in geochat and exchange your experiences during this Event. We have booked a traditional Steel Drum Band who will be performing throughout the evening,as well as a Caribbean Food specialist to provide authentic cuisine. We hope that this will be a sociable occasion where you can let your hair down, meet (and dance) with other geocachers and get an appreciation for Caribbean culture. Why not get in the mood and consider dressing up for the Event, seek out those loud shirts and summer party clothes. Oh yes, do you do the Limbo, , no? well then, tonight will be your chance to join in.
Optional costs
: For a modest £7:00 each.The Mega camp site office will be taking orders for food from Monday 31st July onwards and priority will go to those who have pre-ordered their meals. It should be possible to order food on the night. Liquid refreshments will be available throughout the night at the bar. What to bring: A chair if you wish to sit down, some money to purchase (optional) refreshments and remember your dancing shoes too!

Q: Can I attend even if I am not camping? A: Yes, all geocachers and Non geocachers are welcome to attend. Q: Can I attend without eating or dancing? A: Yes you are not required to partake in refreshments! Q: Will there be parking available for those who are not staying on site?
